Regina St was named for one of Louis Poulin‘s daughters, specifically Julia Regina (or Regina Juliet).
2684 Regina St
Another bit of Britannia that never was.
This home was being moved from opposite Carlingwood Shopping Centre, presumably because of the about to be built Fairlawn Centre, to Lot 10 on Regina St, which as far as I can determine would be where the current 2684 is. Instead it fell off the trailer somewhere along Carling.

The 1965 aerial photograph of 2684 shows the current duplex, so presumably this house did not survive the accident and was demolished or put somewhere else.
2700 Regina St
An Ottawa Journal ad for 2700 Regina St from 15 Sept , 1953, presumably purchased by Mr St Jacques (sp?) who would then live there for many years.
2709 Regina St
A “Britannia Park Home” built in 1951
